Birthday marathon

6:30 am: wake up, wake up, it's my birthday! Look, look, there are presents everywhere! Are they for me maman?

8:30 am: Chloe celebrates her birthday at school: a whole ritual: Serge and I get to stay in the class for an hour, Chloe gets her very own birthday crown, the daily " what day is it today?" song ends up with " today is Friday, todays is Chloe's birthday", Chloe gets to sit proudly on the teacher's chair, blows her 5 candles, picks up the little friends who are going to dance around her, sings along with everyone and gives away sweets whilst everyone waits with eyes closes and hands outstrechted.
I can't remember my birthday being so great when I was at school. Do you?

    

3pm: end of school, Chloe picks Eva for a pre-birthday party at the Miffy Museum in Utrecht...with her birthday at on

6pm: presents from Mum and Dad
7:45pm: Mega Mindy is now officially 5 years old and can hardly keep her eyes open after all the emotions of the day

   

Birthday D+1: birthday party at monkey town with 15 girlfriends!
